Natalie gained international experience living and working in the United States and later spent more than two years in Berlin, where she worked in hotel hospitality and refined her service-oriented approach to customer communication.
Today, she is back in Chiang Mai and part of the Classic Bike Adventure team. With her background in international hospitality and cross-cultural communication, Natalie is dedicated to supporting our riders throughout their journey and helping create unforgettable travel experiences.

Oscar Schoch
Oscar is a Projects Manager at Tibetmoto and has been a member of the back-office team since joining the company in 2024. He is a Swiss and Thai national and was born and raised in Chiang Mai.
His interest in motorsports began at a young age, starting with competitive go-kart racing before progressing to motorcycle riding. Over the years, he has travelled extensively across Southeast Asia, riding through countries including Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for motorcycles and travel.
Having lived and studied in Switzerland and England before returning to his hometown of Chiang Mai, he brings an academic background in psychology, marketing, and hospitality, which he applies to his role overseeing Tibetmoto’s marketing initiatives and managing new projects. His work spans both behind-the-scenes development and client-facing responsibilities. Oscar’s multidisciplinary background and international perspective support the continued growth of Tibetmoto.
