Expeditions through Tibet require a certain amount of flexibility and patience. Weather, road conditions, local regulations or unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to route changes, delays or adjustments along the way. On the Tibetan Plateau, things do not always move according to plan — and accepting this is very much part of the experience itself.
