The gravel sections on this tour are among the most challenging in our entire program. The terrain is comparable to the off-road stages on our Central Asia overland expeditions through Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Riders should already have experience riding on gravel and rough mountain roads. If you have limited off-road experience, we recommend starting with an easier Himalayan tour such as our 3 Lakes of Ladakh motorcycle tour.
